When I opened the delivery bag and held this sweater, tears came to my eyes. It reminded me of ALL the hand-knit cable sweaters, scarves, mittens and hats my sweet grandma made for me when I was young. The quality of the sweater is pretty close to hand made. The yarn is not wool (like Grandma always used), but it’s comfy and thick and beautiful. I ordered a size up to be sure the sweater was slouchy. Good call!
I would recommend NOT using a hanger with this sweater. Stretching at shoulders might occur— just as any hand knit sweater would react.
I ordered the off white yellow color. PERFECT!
