Does anyone have any hints for getting crumbled, broken cork bits out of this?
Answer:
This did happen to me with the Secure wine opener. I tried turning the corkscrew to no success…..so I just waited patiently and over time as the cork dried out , it eventually broke up and easily fell out. It may have taken two or three months, but it has been working just fine for two years now.

In what kind of box does the product come? Because i want it as a gift…
Answer:
I own one and it works perfectly. I sent out a number of them as gifts, asked Amazon to gift wrap it, and to put a gift card in the box. I have no idea what it looks like, but the thank you’s from the recipients are all positive!
