Customer questions & answers
Question:
Have the Grand Brita but am not sure what size filter to purchase. Are there different ones?
Answer:
As far as I know, there are 3 types of Brita replacement filters – (1) For on-tap faucet; (2) For pitcher; (3) For soft squeeze water bottle. Their form/shape are very different. For your Grand Brita, (2) is what you need – that is what I have been buying for my pitcher too.

The filter cartridges used for Brita pitchers are all the same size. The only ones that are different are the ones used for the portable drinking bottles. Hope this helps.

All Brita pitchers and dispensers, including the Grand Brita, use the exact same filter. The only choice is how many replacement filters you want in a package. Brita has other filters but they are for the Brita Drinking Bottle and the Brita Faucet Filtration system, not what you have.

I’ve been using generic brand filter replacements for years now to save money. These were on sale so I bought them and I’ll never buy knock-offs again.
These fit snuggly and the water flows quickly through the charcoal filter. The other filters dripped so slowly like there was a clog in them every time and they didn’t always fit snuggly letting unfiltered water dribble in.
